Fairletter is a trading name of Lynch 369 Ltd, company 17522352, 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ, ICO ZC275882. Lynch 369 Ltd is the data controller.

What we collect

The answers you type (such as your name, address, booking and order details) and payment confirmation from our payment provider. We don't see your card details.

Why

To check your situation and write your letter (contract). Your answers are sent to our AI provider (xAI) to draft the letter. If you choose "we post it for you", your letter and both addresses are sent to our printing processor, Intelliprint (Innovate: Print, Direct Mail and Fulfilment Ltd, Leeds), who print it and hand it to Royal Mail.

How long

We keep your answers for 7 days and your finished letter for 30 days, so you can come back to it, then they're deleted automatically. Stripe keeps payment records, which we need for 6 years for tax.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion, and complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
