What you're buying
A letter written from the answers you give, using AI and checked against the law it quotes. You send it yourself. We don't act for you, contact the company for you, or take any share of what you get back. It is general information, not legal advice. We can't promise any outcome.
Prices
Prices are one-off and include VAT. You pay before the letter is written. Payments are handled by Stripe and will show on your statement as LYNCH369 FAIRLETTER.
Cancellation and refunds
Your letter is digital content made straight after you pay. When you tick to agree at checkout, you ask us to start straight away, so the usual 14-day right to cancel ends once the letter is shown to you. If something goes wrong, for example the letter isn't produced, is about the wrong situation, or has a mistake we caused, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
Your part
Give accurate answers and check the letter before you send it. Don't use the service for anything unlawful.
